Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive and strategic leader of Highland Youth Garden, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability. The ED provides overall leadership for programs, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and staff, while working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure strong governance, financial health, and community impact.

This role requires a mission-driven leader with experience in nonprofit management, youth development, fundraising, and community engagement or organizing, particularly within underserved or historically marginalized communities.

We are looking for a bold leader who will empower and engage collaboratively with staff while providing clarity, strategic direction, and visionary leadership.
