Highland Youth Garden will be participating in #GivingTuesday 2020, and we need YOUR help!

When you give to Highland Youth Garden, you are planting seeds in our community. Every dollar allows us to continue making a difference in the lives of hundreds of children by empowering them to grow their own food and make healthy choices for themselves and their families.

Here's how you can get ready For Giving Tuesday:

 

1. Mark your calendar.

Giving Tuesday is December 1, 2020. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details as the day gets closer, but in the meantime, add Giving Tuesday to your calendar! 

 

2. Give.

On December 1, we will be kicking off a special campaign to support Garden-based programming at Highland Youth Garden, accepting donations here. Here's what your donation means to the our community:

  • $25: Worth one week's worth of food for a family at our Garden Market

  • $100: Worth a sponsorship for one child for one month of Garden Club

  • $400: Worth one entire Backyard Garden for a family in our community to grow their own fruits and vegetables for seasons to come

3. Spread the word!

Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join you. Share on social media what our mission means to you with the hashtag #HighlandYouthGarden, and download our “I Gave to the Garden Because…” Template, print it off, and share with your friends and family on social media.
